thefairesttofthemall asked: Congratulations on Quebec!!! I am conversationally-fluent in French, and it was very hard for me in Montreal. My sister graduated from university with a Bachelors degree in French. Instead of immediately going to graduate school , she joined a (really safe and legitimate) au pair program. She's living with a family in the Rhone-Alps, teaching their small children English and also the family is paying for her to take a translating course there... It's 12 months and affordable! Just an idea <3 :)
That sounds incredible! There are so many amazing programs that I’m hearing about. The possibilities seem endless. I actually really love the idea of that sort of program before I take on the TAPIF program. Ah!! :)
ps: If you’d ever like to converse or message in French, please let me know! I need all the practice I can get. :)
